Triethanolamine is a viscous liquid widely used as a corrosion inhibitor, a surface-active
agent and an intermediate in various products including metalworking fluids, oils, fuels,
paints, inks, cement, cosmetic and personal products, as well as herbicide and algicide
formulations.
